400 RAs' Request - Exploitation of Refund System by V-Sign Authority

Dear CCA Team,
I am one of the RAs of Verasys technologies pvt ltd.
We have Dsc stock in our Vsign login.
As your office has issued new guidelines regarding direct payment by applicants to the Company. Due to the above guidelines, Our entire stock is useless.
Due to current Guidelines, we are not comfortable working with some of the companies and wish to wind up the work with those companies by claiming the refund of old stock lying with those companies.
One of them is Vsign to whom we approached.
When one of the RAs requested Vsign to kindly refund the entire amount in Bank of the stock lying in the login, Vsign Executives are saying that the company will not refund entire full amount in Bank in a Single go.
They are saying that they will refund the amount only upto the DSCs that we process in Vsign every month from Now. So if we process 3 DSCs of customers in Vsign in this month, they will refund amount of only 3 DSC Stock from our Old stock lying with Vsign and the refund will also be done only at the rate of Rs. 150 per DSC. Wherein now for New DSCs, Vsign is charging around INR 990 per DSC. If we dont process DSCs in Vsign, then we will not get the refund.
We request CCA to help and interfere in this matter. This is the Sheer Exploitation done by Verasys and such other Companies who are coming up with such policy of Refund. We, 400 RAs, are strictly against such policy.
Either we wish to get the the Entire Amount in our Bank Account in next 7 days of all the stock lying in the Verasys and such other companies.
The Refund Price of the said stock should be atleast 50% of the Current New Price launched by Verasys.
Or
If company is planning to give payment on the basis of stock Usage every month, then they should refund the amount every month at the NEW PRICE that they are charging from the Business Partners.
We, RAs are from a Middle Class Family who have invested hard earned money in this DSC business. We also have the recordings available with us, wherein the Vsign executive is bluntly refusing to refund the amount in Bank about the stock and they are exploiting us by saying to process DSCs in Vsign and only then they will refund the amount to us on the basis of Every Month DSCs Issuance.
We wish that CCA shall instruct all such Companies to not to exploit the New DSC System and not to exploit the RAs as well for their own benefits and CCA to come up with the strict order or guidelines to penalise such companies against such exploitation.
All the RAs, along with the 400 RAs of RA United Google group, will be eagerly waiting for the mail from your side. so that Trust can be re-fuelled by CCA in the DSC Industry and RAs business.

Kindly ask Vsign Authority to explain by writing in Mail for the reasons for harassing RAs by doing the Exploitation of Refund System under the Nose of New Guidelines.
Vsign Authorities have already seen this mail and their Executives have called to some RAs to know their RA ID and Stock who had raised the concerns. But there should be a standard correct policy. There will be Many other RAs who may not have been able to reach to CCA with their concern. So in that case, if the company will be having double policies, it wont be fair for other RAs as well who haven't been to reach to CCA for this unfair practice by the companies.
