Have you studied the QZFM sensitivity in the high-frequency range (above 100 Hz)? If yes, what are the numbers? The same question about QTFM sensitivity in kHz and MHz frequency ranges.

Unfortunately neither QZFM or QTFM is designed for operation in the kHz/MHz region.
In theory, the QZFM sensor can be run in "RF mode" to reach high sensitivity in the 0.5-2 kHz region, https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1361-6501/aa58b4.  However, this operating mode is not standard and requires customization so it is best to discuss specific applications over the phone.
The QTFM magnetometer is sensitive only up to 200 Hz. We now have an analog output option which makes it a little easier to access full bandwidth up to 200 Hz but the QTFM will not support anything much beyond that.
