Hi, I have a TC72 terminal with Android 8.1.0, which is not recognized when connected via USB to my laptop with Windows 11 OS.

I downloaded Android USB Driver version 2.2 from this link: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/mobile-computers/handheld/tc72.html?downloadId=44c6e5b7-187f-46bf-885f-4c21bcd190ed

The release notes say that it has been approved for installation on the following PC operating systems.

Windows 7 32/64 bit
Windows 8 32/64 bit
Windows 10 32/64 bit

So I don't know if these drivers don't work for Windows 11.

I also installed the Google USB Driver drivers from Android Studio with the SDK Manager, and none of this has worked for me. Obviously, I have already activated the programmer options in the TC72, enabled USB debugging, and changed from charging mode to file transfer mode.

I appreciate any help. This issue is driving me crazy.

Regards,
Javier

Javier,

Sorry about the trouble you have, but you've reached out to the QZ Tray mailing list and we don't have much in regards to Android solutions.

Can you explain what you're using QZ Tray for and what it has to do specifically with the Zebra TC72 terminal?
