I need help with print server with IOS device.

Hello.
A few days ago we paid the API, we use it as Print Server (qz tray 2.0.11). From pc and android, we have no problems to print, but in IOS it does not work, it only prints the first time after installing the certificate on the device, but later it stops working, I attach photo of the error.
We use qztray 2.0.11 because in the most recent versions, I did not find the auth folder, from which the root-ca.crt is obtained.

We moved it to %PROGRAMDATA%\qz\ssl. But you can get this directly on the iPhone by visiting the IP of the print server.
In regards to your error, it is hard to say what is causing it. Logs from the QZ Tray instance may help. In newer versions, QZ Tray icon, Advanced, Diagnostics, Zip Logs to Desktop.
