Issue Installing QZ Tray Application

Hello,

I am writing because we are currently experiencing an issue with the installation of the QZ Tray application.

We are using a Zebra ZD411 printer and would like to print labels. However, despite several attempts and the intervention of our IT service, we have not been able to install the application on our computer.

The application does not seem to download or install properly. Please find below a screenshot showing the issue we are encountering.

Could you please assist us in resolving this problem?

For your information, we are using an Apple M3 Pro computer.

Hi, can you locate and send us a copy of /tmp/qz-install.log

If this file does not exist, you may need to run the installer again to create this file.

To get this file, open Finder --> Go --> Go to folder --> /tmp

Drag this file into your email and we can see if there's anything failing in the installation process that we can assist with.
