QZ Tray 2.2.6 is not able to connect on my system

I purchase shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping and they make me use QZ Tray to print labels directly to my Zebra printer. I have had no problems with this (other than having to re-install every time there is an update) until now. I have installed the 2.2.6 version multiple times, including an uninstall in the middle, but I cannot seem to get QZ Tray to connect. When I go the QZ Tray Sample page, I get a connection Error: Unable to Establish Connection to QZ Tray.
I have checked and I can go to https://Localhost:8181 Local Network is Allowed in my site settings. There is no “java” that I can see to uninstall.
Why is this suddenly not working and how can I get it fixed?

Thank you so much for this! I was not getting any popups. I did finally get the test site to connect. Hopefully with a re-start, I will be able to use this with Amazon again. I truly appreciate the fast response.
