Amazon Buy Now TSC printer issues

Hello,

 

I am using a Mac Pro Sequoia 15.7.3 with a TSC laser printer.

 

When trying to use Amazon Buy Now with their QZ tray, the labels do not come out clear when using the PNG format or they come out as numbers when using the ZPL format.

 

Please can you tell me the best printer settings to ensure the labels are printed correctly.

Graham,

Sorry about the trouble.  We don't have access to Amazon's website, so we don't normally have a way to directly test this stuff out on our end.  Usually we direct people to Amazon support.

I'm going to compose a new email to you and James with our mailing list off of copy to get some logs to see if we can at least reproduce the problem you're seeing.  I'll be replying in a separate email.
