QZ-tray with epicor P21

Hi all, 

Attempting to setup QZ tray with Epicor P21, I can verify that qz-tray is running by seeing ports 8181 and 8182 as open when QZtray is running, and closed when tQZ-tray is turned off.  When I attempt to connect a client with will not communicate with QZ-try even locally on the print server that QZ-tray is installed on.  When attempting I get the "error connecting to printer utility"  

All Windows environment.  Correct certs, etc.  Just at a loss, any one ever run into this?
