I have a quickswitch wifi bridge connected to my Apple airport extreme.

It does not connect to my Ubiquiti unifi AcLR that has the same SSID and password.

Ubiquiti does not support WPS.

If the router you are using does not have WPS function or if it simply does not work, please try the following method (page 2) to connect the WIFI bridge to the router.

I have attached the pdf or you can find it on our website if you go to the WIFI bridge product and click on "Connection without WPS" at the bottom of the page

Thanks for the reply. I still can't get it to work with the Ubiquiti.

Was there ever a newer version of the WiFi bridge released?

Its strange that its not connecting to your router. We haven't had a router that did not work so far.

When you attempted the method without WPS how far did you get? Did the WIFI bridge connect and go online (blue light) after connecting it to your phone?

The version you have will be the latest version if it was purchased recently. Even if you did have an older version this should not effect the setup process.

If you can give me a rough idea of when the unit was purchased, i can then in the new year have a look if there was any features that may differ if any.
