Hello,
Your version of QuTiP is out-of-date, and incompatible with scipy 1.5. You either need to update QuTiP to 4.5.2, or downgrade scipy to 1.4. If you installed using `conda`, you can run `conda install 'qutip>=4.5.2'` (recommended) or `conda install 'scipy<1.5'` (permissible, but pins you to an old version of scipy). However, the install path for the package doesn't look like a conda-managed path. If you installed from an OS package manager or built from source, I'd recommended uninstalling and using `conda` instead, unless you know what you're doing. If you definitely want to build from source, get a copy of 4.5.2 from GitHub (
https://github.com/qutip/qutip/releases/tag/v4.5.2), and replace your current version with that.
