The "seven of the pairs" are mathematically coded in the Quran. They are the seven حم (H.M.) that begin the first numbered verses in chapters 40-41-42-43-44-45-46
The frequency of the letters H.M. in these chapters are

While reading it, I arrived at this sentence
"Remember that seven suras in the Quran, namely 40 through 46 are initialed with the two Arabic letters "Ha" and "Meem"."
As soon as I read this, it became clear to me that these are the seven of the pairs mentioned in 15:87.
Rashad Khalifa said that the seven of the pairs are the 14 sets of the Quranic Initials in the beginning of the 29 chapters(appendix 25). But he did not explain how these 14 initials can be divided into seven pairs and this was the source of my doubt and discomfort with Rashad's explanation. As soon as I realized that the seven pairs are the seven Ha.Meem., I did the following calculation
The numerical value of H.M is 8+40 = 48
7 × 48 = 336
1587 + 336 = 1923
This was the first confirmation that I was on the right track. 19 is the Quran code and 23 is the number of years that the revelation of the Quan took. Chapter 23 is the 74th chapter revealed and number 19 is mentioned in chapter 74.
Then because H.M is mentioned in {40:1,41:1,42:1,43:1,44:1,45:1,46:1}, I did the following
1587 + 40,1 + 41,1 + 42,1 + 43,1 + 44,1 + 45,1 + 46,1 = 4604
I immediately found out that the 4604th numbered verse in the Quran is 48:23 and its numerical value is 3129. Noting the numbers 48,23 and 329, I knew that God had confirmed my understanding. I looked at the time on the computer and it was 5:11 in the morning. I calculated the count of the numbered verses from 15:87 to 48:23 and it was a multiple of 151. I sent an email to Mahmood Ahmad (151) and told him what happened. He quickly sent me a couple of emails in which he had observed that the numerical value of "the seven of the pairs" is 855 which is the 707th composite number and 855th prime is 6619(66 = numerical value of Allah) and 855 is 19×45 and H.M. are the 4th and 5th letters in the word الرحمن(The Almighty).

7,48 + 383 = 1131 = 3 × 29 × 13 = 3 × 29 × 7th initialed chapter

The seven pairs given to Muhammad(numerical value = 92) are mentioned in chapter 15. If we look at the verse 92 of this chapter we see that this verse is made up of 19 letters and its numerical value is 748 which points at 7(H.M.)

The amazing sign at 7:07 prompted me to look up this number in Quran tables and the very first one I chose was the table of prime numbered verses compiled by MA(attached file)

I was writing this message I received two personal signs and I was able
to document one of them for Farsi speakers. The short video clip
attached is from a political show that was broadcast live tonight. This is
basically what they are saying in the video that grabbed my attention
