Riverside Rumble CX

The stakes are pulled and stored, the barriers are tucked away until next year and the Bishop’s yellow bus completed another cyclocross season. 

I want to express my thanks to everybody at QCW who supported and helped promote Riverside Rumble CX.  By all objective measures the event was successful and exceeded all of my goals I set for the event. 

When racing was over and and the racers went home it felt super good to see my QCW friends helping tear down the course.  Thanks.

I want to give kudos to Rob and Jonathan.  The support, advice and coaching you provided to me was invaluable.  Thank you.  That crazy spreadsheet about killed me and Kim!  

Finally, thanks to the BOD for the use of the QCW P/A system and to Maciek for delivering and setting it up!  It was awesome. 

It was great to see the QCW team out in force.   17 QCW individuals registered, raced and won multiple podiums.  Bryan Bryan had so much fun he decided to race a second race on the day!  The QCW women delivered a podium sweep!!!  Stephanie, it was awesome to see you conquer your fear and attack that run-up!

Thanks for putting on a fantastic race! I had a blast racing it! 

I wore my Riverside Rumble shirt up at Boilercross the following weekend and had multiple people approach me and tell me that they really enjoyed it and will be back next year. 

Also all of the Lionhearts that raced it, including my kids, had a great time! 

The Kanga Roof ‘Hop To It’ barriers and the 2 fire pits were a big hit!

Can’t wait to do it again next season!

Agreed - an awesome race weekend. Glad to have more local races and back in Milford again
