to understandif my computer is compatible or not and in this case, what should I install? qubes 3.2 or qubes 4.0.3?

do not use qubes 3.x ... it has been deprecated for a long time now.

please do use qubes 4.0.3 ... and if you can not find options in your
bios to make vt-d work, use the somewhat documented workarounds.
(== switch sys-net and sys-usb to virt_mode pv).

while that is not an ideal configuration, it is way closer to
recommended than installing qubes3. :D
