Min hardware requirement and boot options.

Qubes advise that a minimum storage of 32 GB is required on the USB drive.

1.  Can it be installed with a 16 GB USB drive?

I am new to Qubes, I have been using Tails for a few months booting in my HP notebook running Ubuntu 17.04  

 2. Is dual boot of both OS available and recommended  for that matter?

tails would probably be better for the usb.
