During the upgrading from fedora 24 to 25 I had some warings.
1) The terminal said:
Warning link /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/javacacerts where file /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-opendjdk-1.8.0.141-1.b16fc24.x86_64/jre/lib/security/cacertsexpected!
Is there anything to be worried?
2) The second it`s a little bit weird:
Udisks2.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units
Is that a sign that my system was compromised?
Sorry, but I can say nothing about the error nu. 2 you mentioned. I haven't got it yet. I dare to suggest it would be a good idea to ask for some explanation of both messages at groups related to Fedora.
I got only the message nu. 1. I read a description of some bug in RHEL (which is somewhat related to Fedora, because RHEL is a sort of based on some features included in the preceding releases of Fedora). The bug seems to be a kind of similar to the issue we both encountered. The description was posted in 2014 by Kai Engert at the following site:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1056224
The last sentence of the description makes me feel all right with my system because the error message nu. 1 we both got contains word 'openjdk'. Kai Engert said:
'(Note, openjdk doesn't require this solution, as it's already using the systemwide store.)'
Therefore I assume Open JDK is all right and so is my system, as I got only the message nu. 1. I don't know if your system is compromised, less the mine.
Sorry for writing as much and providing no explanation.
