qubes-manager: dispvm bug (R3.1)

If a dispvm gets started qubes-manager inserts a line in qubes.xml. If qubes-manager crashes or gets killed (which sometimes is necessary) it somehow fails to keep track of the dispvms. A dispvm can now be shutdown without it beeing removed from qubes.xml. (Manually deleting the corresponding line helps.)

It isn't qubes-manager who is responsible for removing that qubes.xml
line. For each DispVM there is qfile-daemon-dvm process supervising it
and when DispVM is terminated, it removes appropriate line from
qubes.xml. Not long ago there was a bug with similar effect, make sure
you have all the updates installed.
