Re-adding dom0 shortcuts to Start Menu

Not sure how, but I've randomly lost all my dom0 shortcuts, eg Logout, System Settings, Terminal. Possibly through running the Qubes Automated Build System or by attempting a dom0 update when there was none available.
How can I rebuild the menu, or manually re-add these shortcuts?
