Qubes R3.1 (with Pure OS as HVM fails at partitioning)

Hi,
When I try to setup Pure OS (https://puri.sm/pureos/) as HVM, setup is failing at Hard Disk Partitioning. Did any one face this issue and if yes, how to overcome it?
