i think its the same laptop ecept max 32gb ram, has tpm vt-x, vt-d (hard to find but aparently yes), im not sure what to google for further to find out for qubes comatability

Not quite and having 64GB of RAM is one of the features that mad us buy
P-series machines.Plus the fact that Lenovo's on-site support is really
great in Germany. We've used up quite a number of main boards until we
found out which EFI settings to leave alone.
