Qubes 4.0-rc2 release

Dear Qubes Team,

I have one small question.

Today is it a day when you release the new version of Qubes OS (4.0-rc2)?
I ask because I do not know whether to install or wait.

Marek has just posted to qubes-devel saying that it will be delayed for
2-3 weeks to complete testing of PCI pass-though to HVMs.
Everything else is in testing repository, so you could update from
there.

in there the next delay or will the 4.0-rc2 be released in the next couple of hours (today)?
