seems it's also available for Ryzen CPUs: https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=AMD-Secure-Memory-Encryption
(I haven't time at the moment to look whether it requires you to use the PSP/TPM or not.)

It is a PSP feature and designed for DRM, the hollywood studios make it
or sgx mandatory to play 4K blurays.
It isn't a good thing.
