Win7 HVM problems

Still have some issues with Win7 HVM and QWT, windows will run quite ok but not able to resize window and able to attach a block device ok it seems but the device is not visible in windowsVM after attaching, also not able to transfer files into win7 VM by copy/paste.
I have installed per guidelines, including auto login and 300ms timeout settings.
Have also read about adding a drive prior to starting win VM (the drive is visible in adv settings but not able to be selected)also getting the odd BSOD

Recieved this error msg -

" The GUI agent that runs in win7 implements outdated protocol (0:0) and must be updated "

All updates are current afaik for Q3.1 running seamless and debug

any clues/progress for these issues?

I don't care about networking or sound but would like to be able to load a win specific application

The rest of qubes functionality seems fine and would be my primary platform provided I can use a few win only apps
