How to restart qubes-guid after a OOM?

Hi,
I'm using i3, and sometimes, after start a lot a VM, oomkiller kill my session, I'm redirect to lightdm, when I reconnect me, all vms in qubes-manager are yellow, not green.
I tried "qvm-run --all true" but this doesn't help me, openned windows not come back.
How can I manage this issue without lose, if I don't want to reboot?
