Failed to synchronize cache for repo

I still have this showing when i run sudo qubes-dom0-update
(Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'qubes-templates-itl' ignoring this repo)

Is there any fix to this ?

Fix it the same way you did the other, except in the
/etc/yum.repos.d/qubes-templates.repo file.

on (https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/installation-guide/) it say to go in nano and fedora and change the http to https is that also for qubes 4.0.1-rc1 ?

That's what i though but when i went in the nano for domo the for the first fix i saw it was still the same as when i was using the 4.0 , not sure if i should open a new thread or just do the change ?
