Boot Problems

I tried to boot my system this morning, and it goes to a grub rescue. I don't know what went wrong with my system, but can anyone tell me how to get this up and running again without reinstalling everything.

I am using the latest build of qubes, with fedora-24

grub rescure? not emergency mode console?

is there exact error message? not sure why that would happen have you changed partitions?

All it says is:
error: unknown file system
Entering rescue mode...
Grub rescue>

It is installed on a flash. I may have pulled it while it was booted into Tails. That is the only thing I can think of which may have caused this

Looks like file corruption. Tried a few commands, and getting "failure reading sector 0x2 from fd0" I am probably going to have to clean and reinstall
