Do any of you tried and succeed upgrading a Fedora template to version 31?

In an earlier version, I updated another fedora, by renaming some stuff in repo's.

Thanks for the info, I did exactly that before seeing you documentation.

Unfortunately, I got errors:

Problem: Problem with installed package qubes-core-agent-4.0.50-1.fc30.x86_64

 - package qubes-core-agent-4.0.50-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python-daemon, but none of the providers can be installed

 - package qubes-core-agent-4.0.48-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python-daemon, but none of the providers can be installed

 - package qubes-core-agent-4.0.50-1.fc31.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository

 - package python2-daemon-2.2.3-1.fc30.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository

Idea anyone?

Hi,

Fedora 31 requires mostly newer python3 libraries. We have started migration to python3 for only Qubes R4.1 (not yet released). It induces major changes notably in core-agent that we prefer to not backport in R4.0.

We encourage you to be patient for newer Qubes release and keep using Fedora 30.

Last it seems I did something like sudo dnf install qubes-template-fedora-30, but I don't remember.

Any clues?

wrong repo.

try with --enablerepo=qubes-templates-itl-testing
