AEM / SINIT module

Hello,
Im currently installing AEM, however, i was not able to figure out the right SINIT Module for my cpu.

lscpu Output:

CPU family 6
Model: 58
Model name : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3667U CPU @ 2.00GHz

If anyone could tell which one i have to download i would be very gratefull.

The '3' at the beginning of '3667U' indicates its a third-generation
Core processor. So the module would be 3rd_gen_i5_i7_SINIT_67.BIN.
