External Hardware Problem: Microphone owned by dom0

When I go to the attach device menu, all the devices say that they are
owned by sys-usb (eg. sys-usb:4-1.6 -
Ricoh_Company_Ltd._Integrated_Camera) except for the microphone (listing
dom0:mic - Microphone).  I thought that this might be intended, since
that has been the case since I bought this thing, but when I tried to
use it, it wouldn't attach.  Is it supposed to go through sys-usb like
everything else, and if not, why wouldn't it do that and how do I get it
to do it?

Then you are probably missing the pulseaudio-qubes package in the qube
you are trying to attach to.

No, as I explained in the forum.

We can try to find out, let's start with what I mentioned above.
