Weird Install issue

When installing on my system with an Intel CPU and AMD graphics card, the install continues with no errors. It does not boot and after checking GRUB does not get installed and the /boot directory is empty. I have tried different methods of writing/flashing the install image and different flash drives and the issue persists.
