Tiny Window When Opening Libre Documents

Hi

When I open an office document, it does not really matter which type of
office document, say for example a word document, the window that opens
is a tiny window. The window is just big enough to display the x at the
top right hand corner of a window used to close it.

With every office document that I open I have to resize the window
manually. Has anybody else experienced this, or also experiencing the
same right now. Possibly a fix?

I am on the latest version.
