qemu and Power9 platform

Talos2 is being released soon with the Power9 CPU.

This is perfect except for it not being x86. So I am wondering if there is a way to use qemu within qubes os to simulate x86 to run windows.

Is this possible right now? Will it be possible in the future? It would be a great setup to have Power9 and Coreboot on Talos2, along with the ability to run Windows apps (even on qemu with the power9 cpu it should be very efficient)
