Can you recommended any another good dom0 trusted fedora repos?

Has Anyone has network troubles on Qubes 4.0.3?
I use two diferent laptops.

Those aren't the default repos set in Qubes. Check in dom0's
/etc/yum.repos.d. Use the "metalink=" ones, not the "#baseurl="s.
