Qubes4.0 install via CD, Error unpacking rpm package qubes-fedora-23-3.0.6-201608081228.noarch unsolved

Hello, Greeting to all.

Thank for the nice work of Qubes, I'm not a advanced user but really like your work.

Recently, I had some problem with the system, so had to reinstall Qubes4.0,  tried to do it via DVD, but the error keeps turning up,

    'Error unpacking rpm package qubes-fedora-23-3.0.6-201608081228.noarch'

sometimes it'd say error unpacking rpm 'Debian template',

I went through the forum, noticed that there are 2-3 posts on the subject already, but most of them suggested install it via USB.

Could anyone suggest me how to fix this on DVD install please? Many thanks

Are you sure you've burned the right image to your DVD? Fedora 23 was
part of Qubes 3.2, but don't think it's in 4.0 (use the 4.0.1-rc2 image).
