Network breakdown

I am running Qubes R3.1, and have been for some time. Every couple of days though, the network breaks down and I can't even reach the router it is connected to. Only a reboot seems to fix the problem. This has happened a couple of times now and it is a little frustrating to say the least. I have no idea what causes it. Below is what I could gather from dmesg in sys-net:
