Hi all,

I'm having a hard time installing "git" in dom0.  After running "sudo dnf install git" I get a message stating no such package.  I have also tried a number of variations on the spelling of git: Git, GIT, git-repositories, etc., - no joy.   I have also searched the website with the search tool and found nothing in the first 3 pages of search.

Can anyone tell me how to install git in dom0 so I can install packages.

Thanks.

Rene

"qubes-dom0-update git"
but...

this is unlikely to work, even with git installed.
depending on _what_ you are trying to install, doing all the "git"
parts in an appvm makes a lot more sense.

Thanks but Dom0 is stating it can’t resolve to https://github.com !!

I’ll try to do it on the other dons.

Hi all,

Any hint on why my freshly updated Debian 10 and Debian 10 minimal templates are failing to launch when i select them from the drop down menu in Firefox but still seem to launch in the Qube Manager?

Help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you sure they do not launch?
Or is it that firefox does not appear?
Did they work properly before the update?
