Qubes 4.0 Intel I210 nic keeps resetting

I'm unable to get the Intel NICs to register an IP address since they
reset constantly. Attached is the dmesg log from sys-net (running
4.14.35-1.pvops.qubes.x86_64). Thanks for any help and let me know if
you need more information.

I' having the same issue here, Qubes 4.0.3 and Intel i350... Did you resolve it?
