Blob free linux kernel?

I was wondering if Qubes provides a blob free linux kernel for VM's?
And if not why not?

Not directly. But you can install kernel from your distribution (like
Debian):

To not limit hardware compatibility even further (think of NetVM). And
we don't want to maintain multiple kernel packages.
