$ sudo dnf -y update
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora-cisco-openh264'
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora-cisco-openh264'
tried disabling fedora-cisco-openh264 and got
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'updates'
same error on the distro template, which only has updates applied, and my clone of it, which i use.

fedora templates use sys-net. i made a sys-ethernet which i was using instead, so the proxy could not connect. the debian based templates didnt have this limitation.
