How to install DHCP in "sys-net"

I am doing a project with someone.

I need to install DHCP in "sys-net".

I did:

sudo dnf install dhcp

and

sudo dnf install dhcpcd

---

After this, I was asked to look for this file:

/usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/70-ipv4-nat

---

But it just hadn't been created.

I don't understand how to install DHCP in sys-net

you install things normally in the template. but isn't it already installed? just go to network manager and change settings to automatic.
