Qubes OS 4.1.0-rc1: No match for argument: qubes-windows-tools

By installing `qubes-windows-tools` in dom0 it says that this package
does not exist.

How can I install it?

You can't. We have not build it for R4.1.

Check several threads on the forum talking about the community support for Windows in Qubes 4.1.
