PC Build for Qubes OS

I planning on getting a custom PC build, and I want to make sure it runs qubes os fine as my main operating system, I checked the system requirements and HCL but they don't cover the parts I'm planning on getting and in HCL no motherboard gets Qubes R4.0 running, please inform me if the build might get problems installing or operating qubes.
