either use this method to install, https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/qubes-users/4VsKdxnKHBk, or install to the drive from another machine and put it in. if you do this, bios boot must be set to disable uefi. on other machines this is setting the bios to legacy boot mode.
only has hdmi for external monitor, and its limited to 30hz at 4k. not a qubes specific thing, but relevant if your shopping for a laptop.
sys-net wont run with the ethernet nic attached. does with wifi.
occasional stuttering when watching youtube in full screen on an external display.
have not tried bluetooth.
sd slot works, but cant boot.
on the plus side, its only dangerous external port is usb. theres a vga and hdmi port, i dont know of any malicious device attack there unless you set display to default to mirror. and theres ethernet, which is ignored by the system.
other than all that, qubes runs fine.
