Hi,

I'm trying to have Polish language input added to vm based on fedora-29 template.
And to be honest I'm really struggling with it.

I tried the way described in this post:

I have the language selection icon in the task bar but the characters don't appear when I'm using their respective key combinations.

Can you please suggest any solution?

Regards,
P.

Anyone? :)

I can't believe that no one uses their native language characters.

Does this page help? (It's about pinyin, but might provide some hints.)

Since Polish alphabet is Latin-based, you could IMHO just do `sudo localectl set-x11-keymap pl` or something. I don't have a Linux box at my disposal right now, but you could always check out `man localectl` if you're not sure about how to use it. The effect shall apply on VMs that you start the next time you log in back again.
