boot failure after reset

Hi , today i work within a system and OS freez for few minutes... i
push reset button. After system starts, i have seen next errors

So now i cant get access to my files and i dont know what to do

Have any ideas how to solve this problem?

"Buffer I/O error on device dm-0" looks like some problem with your
hard disk. I'd first check for hardware problem, for example broken
cable...
