dom0 logs - blank window

Could anybody tell me what could be reason that at my dom0 there is no logs?

GUI>>>logs>>var/log/xen/console/hypervisor.log and show blank window - no single line of log.

Not sure, but try the same path from the command line.

tried and there is no that file message
