Upgrading

[Qubes]

Hi

I need to upgrade to the latest version of Qubes OS. I am wondering,
would someone know, if i restore fedora-37 templates on 4.2.4, will they
work?

I was going to make my upgrade path a little easier by first upgrading
my fedora-37 templates on 4.1.2 to fedora-39, back them up, and then
upgrade to 4.2.4, and restore (since i recall 4.2.x was launched with
fedora-39 templates so they definitely work), but the updater tool has
issues installing updates for fedora-39 and fedora-39-minimal (both
vanilla templates). I have set the default-mgmt-dvm to fedora-39, but i
have repeated issues.

If fedora-37 will function normal on 4.2.4 i will first upgrade to 4.2.4
then restore my templates and VMs, and then upgrade my templates
one-by-one to the latest fedora-template available for 4.2.4.
