Fedora-29 Template (Qubes 4.0.1) keeps asking to upgrade

Hi All,

I've already upgrade a few times through the GUI and command line but
still shows in the GUI as if required.

Has anyone experienced this? Any insights how tpo get rid of the GUI
update reminder?

Just confirming that I had the same problem - was running the update directly and it completed but failed to sync repos at the end and did not do the usual updating dom0 with changes and the update status is now stuck.

Just had this happen again on fedora 28. -vv showed metadata issues. sudo dnf clean all or metadata didn't work this time. But enabling testing repo in /etc/yum.repos.d/qubes-r4.repo and then updating fixed the issue.

I've had the same thing happen, but it only happened in the last day on Fedora 29 and debian-9-minimal. Like I said, this didn't occur at all until just the last couple of days.
