How to set up Internet Connection Sharing over USB..?

Is there any way to set up Internet Connection Sharing using USB..?

For example, with an Android phone, you can share its connection with a computer using so-called "tethering".

But I want to "tether" the Whonix VM's internet connection to another computer, using USB.

The purpose is to use Qubes as a dedicated Tor router, to take advantage of the VT-D protection, but then to use a separate computer to do web browsing, seeing as web browsers are so vulnerable, and I don't want Qubes to be hacked due to a web browser flaw.

All I want to run on Qubes is Whonix VM and some kind of Internet sharing over USB.

How do I do this..?

Alternatively, I could do this with Ethernet.

I know that you can right-click the network icon, click "edit connections", go to IPV4 settings, and edit it as network sharing for the WIRED connection.

However, this is only going to share the overall connection.

I am looking to explicitly share the Whonix/Tor connection only.
