Localization of Qubes VM Manager (context) menus

Hi guys,

looking at /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/qubesmanager/ui-mainwindow.py it appears that the VM Manager menu strings are passed though _translate(). However, the menus are still in English although I choose German upon installation. The System Tools submenu of the Q Start menu are in German. Is there some way to switch the VM Manager menus to German too? Are the translation files missing? And if so, where would they have to be placed and in which format?
