Issue with Qubes Manager... (3.1)

Hi folks,

I keep getting directory not found errors along with this weird one..
" ERROR: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'qid' "

XML file has EVERYTHING there, including QID attributes, everything is in tact.

I can't really do anything because nothing is working.
